Founding Partner
David Campbell
With over two decades of experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors, our founder brings a rare blend of technical, financial, and strategic insight to every engagement. He has led supply chain and project controls functions on complex, capital-intensive projects in oil & gas, mining, power and construction across global markets.

Prior to founding the firm, he spent twenty five years in mining and oil and gas, and seven years in corporate banking, advising multinational clients on project finance, capital structure, and risk management. He also held senior finance roles over a five-year span, focusing on budgeting, performance and financial controls for large-scale energy operations.

This unique cross-functional background, spanning project execution, banking, and financial strategy shapes our firm's approach: grounded in operational reality, financially disciplined, and always aligned to our clients' long-term success.
Principal, Project Controls
Steve Price
Steve’s extensive background in project controls and management within the energy sector truly makes him a standout asset for any project. With nearly two decades of experience, including pivotal roles in managing significant constructions such as the Heartland Petrochemical Complex, he has a proven ability to tackle complex challenges.

His direct on-site experience with a SAGD producer and pipeline construction contractor deepens his understanding of both client needs and contractor challenges. This allows him to effectively bridge gaps and foster collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring smoother project execution. Additionally, Steve’s prior experience in Accounting & Finance at General Electric has equipped him with a robust foundation in financial planning and analysis, essential for effective project controls.
This unique blend of skills and experiences gives Steve a comprehensive perspective on client project requirements coupled with hands-on exposure to the daily challenges faced by contractors.
